The cup brings out flavors of brown sugar and orange with a semi-sweet chocolate. Offering a balanced body and long finish. You are sure to enjoy this cup of Natural Processed Coffee. Twice a year during Mike's visits, he cups through coffee from over 120 different farms to find the perfect beans from Brazil. This year he doubled his pleasure by blending beans from two farms: One more chocolate while the other more orange. Together both flavors shine and are balanced with a bonus of brown sugar. The Cerrado Mineiro Region is a world-recognized, high-quality coffee producing origin - the first “Protected Geographical Indication- PGI” in Brazil, located in northwest of Minas Gerais State. A strong characteristic of this region is its well-defined seasons—a hot, wet summer followed by a pleasantly dry winter. The coffee plantations are cultivated in areas with altitudes varying between 1,100 and 1,300 meters and are known for consistently producing high-quality coffees with a unique identity. The coffees are “Origin and Quality Certified” by the Cerrado Mineiro Region - PGI - Regulatory Board.
